Amazing experience, Dr. Ross is truly an artist at his profession. From the initial consultation to the last post op appointment the care was the same, professional, compassionate and personal. I had a mid and lower face lift and could not be more thrilled with the results. The surgery was performed in their state of the art office that is gorgeous, private and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and his awesome skilled staff. I know when I looked for a surgeon I wanted not only skilled precision, but confidence and pride in their work. Dr. Ross has it all!

Dr. Ross is fantastic! He performed an abdominoplasty on me ~2 years ago and I am ecstatic with the results. I lost ~50 lbs over a 2 year period which left me with extra skin that wasn't going anywhere :-). Dr. Ross is extremely knowledge, capable, patient and personable. He set the right expectations regarding results and recovery time. His staff is very professional and his facilities are beautiful, private, and conveniently located. I look forward to meeting with him again soon to explore other procedures (ex: botox, laser treatments).

My child's initial stitches (done at an ER) left her with a divot in her scar and misaligned eyebrow. I had doubts it would close and heal correctly so I had a consultation with Dr. Ross to get another opinion. -My doubts were not only confirmed but Dr. Ross was straightforward about lasting effects of a scar like that as her facial muscles develop when she grows up. I'm thankful for his knowledge in this area as I wouldn't have known and her pediatrician didn't know this either. -Dr. Ross talked our family over how he would repair her laceration scar. I usually get nervous over all things medical, moreso for my children, but his kind demeanor, competence, and experience with kids helped put my nervousness to rest as he answered my questions with patience. He even included details I didn't think to ask which I found very helpful. His staff was so kind, helpful, and available. I knew she was in good hands and the procedure was a success. The 'scar divot' is closed in and it's already healing much better since the repair.

I call him a magician. My recovery went smoothly and I am extremely happy! He is completely trustworthy! I also enjoy every single one of his nurses and office assistants as well!

Dr. Ross is a true artist! I am so happy with his work and how explained everything he was about to do and why! He has the best bedside manner and you will experience his passion for perfection. Dr. Ross performed VASER Lipo to my upper & lower abdomen and bilateral flanks, aka my "spare tire". All the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions thoroughly throughout the process. The consult appointment was extremely detailed, no question left unanswered. There was a fee for the consult which was applied to the cost of surgery. A month out from surgery I went through general lab work with my GP to ensure I was healthy for the procedure. One week before I had a pre-op to review how the day would go. The morning of I showed up at 9am with my husband. He was able to leave and be called when I was ready to be picked up. I left a urine sample and was hooked up to an IV. They used epidural and twilight sedation for my anesthesia, which were administered perfectly. The staff including Dr. Ross helped put my mind at ease with good bedside conversation. I don't remember most of the surgery, only discussion about what music to play, so it was very relaxing and I slept the entire time as far as I could tell. I remember waking up remarkably alert in the recovery room with my husband on the way. The staff said they took out 2-3 lbs, 1,500cc less 500cc of tumescent, and were very excited about how it went. They helped me get dressed, move into a wheel chair, and into the car to head home. At home I experienced pain in my thighs from the fluids pooling below the binders so I took the prescribed pain medication and fell asleep. I woke up three hours later feeling good enough to move around the house. Finding comfortable positions to stand and sit are a challenge, but not unbearable. That night I woke up at 1am with similar leg pain and took the medication to go back to sleep. The next morning I had my first follow up. Dr. Ross partially opened my binders to see the swelling and the three incision points: at my hips in inside my belly button. He didn't open them all the way to avoid more swelling, but said when I took a shower that night or tomorrow I could change into the compression garment. The next morning my husband helped me out of the binders and I almost fainted. Please do this laying down due to blood and fluid rushing to the area. It is painful to put on and take off the compression garments and my husband has had to help. I feel the need to support the area and walk hunched over. Every day it gets easier though. I get worn out and out of breath, but feel stronger each day. At currently 1 week post op I am excited about my progress and new shape. My surgery was on a Friday and I took Monday & Tuesday off work, going back Wednesday at a desk job. On Thursday I had to go home early due to fatigue. Friday my energy level is much better. In hindsight I might have taken the week off instead of trying to be at the office. Updated on 21 Sep 2021: At just over 4 weeks post op I am getting more comfortable moving around, but still not 100% back to normal. I had to reset my expectations after my 3 week checkup. I was hoping to be back in the gym full force by Oct 1, but it's going to be more like Nov 1. Dr said everything is very normal, so it's just my impatience that needs work. I have a ridge you can see in the pics running horizontal below my belly button. Dr was not too concerned about this except under this area the skin seems to be sticking more which could cause skin sagging or creasing above and along the ridge. He suggested I try to massage it down. There are also hard spots here and there which he said are normal to experience up to 6 months to a year. I can massage those also. I was cleared for swimming and more light activity at my checkup, but with cation to make sure I'm not twisting or straining. I went for a swim a few days later and instantly felt what he meant. I couldn't move like I normally do in the water without discomfort. The discomfort ranges from dull, sore, or burning pain to sharp jabs. Dr said sharp shooting pains are bad but I can work through the dull sore discomfort. The more I move the easier it gets. Walking a lot is important for this reason. I have another month still in shapewear from my checkup and I've purchased a few different pieces to rotate from Amazon. I'm finding I need smaller sizes, which is a good sign. I went on a 1.5 hour flight last weekend and was pretty uncomfortable sitting in the seat for that long. Swelling comes and goes also and the flight made it worse. Sleeping has gotten easier as I can lay on my side more and more and it's even now feeling good to do so. I have a 2.5 year old who had to adjust to me not being able to carry him after surgery. I'm just now feeling like I can carry him carefully again. Things are coming along, just a lot slower than I anticipated. I have to remind myself I had a lot of tissue removed that I had been carrying around since puberty for the most part, so a couple months to let my body adjust is understandable.

Best experience ever! Dr. William Ross and his staff are professional, considerate and excellent at what they do! I had an implant exchange with a breast lift and was very apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Ross took a great deal of time in our consult to explain everything and his staff was extremely helpful and professional. As a surgery date approached I got very nervous and apprehensive and Ashley, his patient coordinator did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me and calmed me down. Day of the procedure everything went smoothly. I went home with very little discomfort and starting on day two, improved every day after that. I can’t believe how easy my recovery has been. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and everyone in his office.

Aesthetic Surgery Center is such a wonderful place! From the moment you step in the staff at the front is warm, welcoming and professional. The nursing and medical assistant team is the best! Super knowledgeable and kind. The waiting area is gorgeous and you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel which definitely helps to take the edge off being in a place that is so aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Ross is amazing! He has changed my life and I was born again after he performed a breast reduction and lift surgery on me. I am more active than I’ve been in my life and my neck and back pain improved by 90%. My breasts look amazing and I never thought I would say that because after fertility treatments they had grown out of hand. In addition to being an artist, Dr. Ross is so kind and empathetic you really feel comfortable. Would never think of going anywhere else. They’re the best!

Dr. Ross is the most understanding, kind, and re-assuring physician I have ever met. I came to Naples from Michigan after undergoing a horrible and repulsive plastic surgery gone bad.
