I had a lipoma liposuctioned last august but had wanted it cut out. I purposely went to my plastic surgeon as ive always trusted him. However, the lipoma did not shrink whatsoever but it did get squishy. I went back at the 11 month mark for a follow up & i was told there would be a 300.00 revision fee. Is this ethical? I paid 2000 for 3 small procedures that day. 2 out of 3 successful. I feel this is a bit unfair because this was the initial reason i went to see him in the first place. Thanks
