Forehead lipoma removal: botox, glue x stitches and laser treatments? (Photo)

Cristinads
Consider a forehead lipoma removal with an incision on the lipoma itself. 1) Are there significant differences between stitches x glue? Which one would be recommended considering healing and scars? 2) Are there benefits of having botox before the surgery? How long beforehand should the injection be done? If not recommended, how long after the removal can one botox the area? 3) How long should one wait after the surgery in order to treat the face with laser (e.g.Fotona 4D) or chemical peels?
