Hello! I've had this lump at the top of my neck by my jaw that makes my jawline look a bit off. It is only on the right side of my neck. I'm not sure how long I've had it, whether it's been a few years or my whole life. It's not painful but I do feel it when I touch it and can kind of squish it around. Do you know how/if I can have it removed by some cosmetic procedure ? Or perhaps even if this may be a cause for medical concern? Thank you!

Typically, the definitive treatment for a pilonidal cyst is to excise the cyst in its entirety and then perform some sort of local flap closure of the wound. It sounds like you may still may the cyst seeing as you only had it drained in the past. I would definitely get that checked out so that...
