Facial pain after nose job

Closed rhino 2 mos ago. Left sided pain (over osteotomy and cheek) since then. At first light, now getting worse. Sinuses and normal post-op changes on CT. Even did Abx prophylaxis just in case. Is it nerve pain? Temporary? Permanent? When does it go away? Nose looks good.

Rhinoplasty is usually not performed until a girl has stopped growing, around age 15-18. So for now- patience is indicated, and she may possibly be less concerned with her nose down the road.  If not, rhinoplasty is always an option when she is ready. Good Luck!
