I have a wide bridge and while my bridge isn't too low, I'd like it to be slightly higher. My profile is straight and I don't have a hump. Can osteotomies accomplish both these goals - making the bridge narrower and higher at the same time? Or will I need cartilage augmentation to make the bridge higher?
