That sounds pretty average, as Botox can vary in price from $11 to $15 per unit. If you like your results and your injector, then I suggest you stick with them.

You may have residual edema in the lips but this usually resolves at 1-2 weeks.  The eyelids being lower is a result of either the dose, placement or migration of the Botox.  Depending on these three things, is the length of time the relaxation remains.

I would wait two weeks before assessing results, then return to your injector to talk about an alternative treatment. Filler could work if your 11s are permanently etched in your skin.

Fillers are usually used rather than Botox to raise indentations to make them more even with the rest of your skin. However, a physical exam would be required to determine if this would be effective or another treatment.
