I had my rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago and I am currently very happy with the results. I did notice an increase of blackheads on my nose and was wondering when I would be able to get a facial to extract those pesky black dots. I tend to have very sensitive skin. Thanks!

No, IMHO if you have dried mucous in your nose at 3 weeks after a Rhinoplasty, IMHO it's best to return to your Rhinoplasty surgeons office to have your nose cleaned. There are internal sutures that you may pull causing collapse and web formation...it's best to let them...
