I have a mild sagging in my mid face / cheek area but at 38 feel I am too young for a facelift (and am not interesting in more fillers for fear it makes my face too big / puffy), can Facetite help? Or is it only for the neck and lower face?
Answer: Facetite versus fillers Remember, two things are happening to your face and mid face as you age, One is that you lose volume in you face. This can be treated with fillers. Also gravity pulls the face soft tissue down. This is where the Facetite, larger device or Accutite, the smaller device are used to tighten and elevate the skin. In a smaller area like just the mid face we would likely use the smaller more delicate Accutite device

Answer: Jawline/Neck - J Plasma/Renuvion/ThermiRF/InModeFaceTite, VASERLipo, Platysmaplasty, Implant, Botox, Ultherapy, Fractora Facetite doesnt do well on the mid face there is risk of damaging nerves. accutite can be used in smaller areas. lets see your pictures.for jawline contouring, 1) implants 2) fat or filler injections along the bone 3) botox for masseter hypertrophy or platysma muscle/neck bands 4) ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode FaceTite for internal heating 5) Thermage or Ultherapy skin tightening 5) PDO Novathreads or instalift threads for lifting 6) Neck or facelifting surgery 7) VASERlipo with or without platysmaplasty If you are looking for full neck contouring then jawline has to be shaped and neck skin has to be lifted. If you only want midline improvement then you can do this with hi definition HD liposuction and muscle plication (platysmaplasty) we call that a cobra lift. Get a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Facetite/Accutite Hello, and thank you for your question! FaceTite provides a dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face (includes mid-face) and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure, such as a facelift. FaceTite utilizes minimally invasive radiofrequency energy to melt fat and tighten skin. Any areas on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated. This includes the double chin, jowls, and other areas with deep lines and loose skin.Using the same advanced, cutting-edge technology as FaceTite, AccuTite is a very small attachment that is used to achieve tightening and toning on small areas that require extra precision. When deemed necessary or appropriate, AccuTite may be used alongside or in place of FaceTite to address nasolabial folds, under-eye bags and skin, brow area, and upper and lower eyelids. Please be sure to see a board-certified plastic surgeon you feel comfortable with. Best of luck! **Please see my attached link-you will find videos at the bottom of the page that have more information on Facetite and Accutite. *Morpheus 8 is a microneedling treatment you may also want to look into.
