Answer: Which one is the most effective to lift the face? All of the devices listed above provide little, if any benefit. When looking to rejuvenate the face and neck, a lower face and neck lift is required. This accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, lifting the jowls, tightening SMAS, and removing fatty deposits in the neck above and below the platysma muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty. There is no device that can accomplish these goals.
