Hello, I'm 40, have lost some weight and noticed mild sagging on the lower face, increased nasiolabiql folds and marionette lines. There is some loose skin /laxity on my neck and I want to invest in some treatments now to lift the sagging, get firmer jawline and tighter neck. I was considering Ultherapy/exilis ultra/RF infini or fillers but then discovered facetite. Would I be a good candidate that or would less invasive methods be better at this point?

Answer: Facetite You should do well with facetite. That would help to decrease the fat under the chin and jowls and the radiofrequency will stimulate new collagen growth to tighten the skin. It is minimally invasive, and you will probably have swelling for a few days.

Answer: Considering Morpheus8 Liposuction of the submental (under chin) combined with facetite is a good option for reducing fat and skin laxity in that area, as previously discussed in this thread. Morpheus8 microneedling is another radiofrequency treatment with high success in reducing facial lines and skin laxity on the face in particular, and can be repeated to compound or complement results from submental liposuction and facetite. I recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated and to discuss both of these options.
