Hello, I'm 40, have lost some weight and noticed mild sagging on the lower face, increased nasiolabiql folds and marionette lines. There is some loose skin /laxity on my neck and I want to invest in some treatments now to lift the sagging, get firmer jawline and tighter neck. I was considering Ultherapy/exilis ultra/RF infini or fillers but then discovered facetite. Would I be a good candidate that or would less invasive methods be better at this point?
Answer: Skin tightening in the lower face Remember treatment is determined by diagnosis. From your pictures you have a weak chin and some redundant fat under your chin. Treating this would require a small chin implant and selective liposuction. At 40 years old you are an excellent candidate for radio frequency tightening of your lower facial skin. To get the best result I would combine Facetite with MicroneedleingRF

Answer: FaceTite You make a perfect FaceTite candidate. FaceTite is minimally invasive treatment using a small cannula that will liquefy and remove unwanted fat. The end of the treatment would include Morpheus8, which is a combination treatment of micro-needling and radio frequency, to stimulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production. This would work great for the concerns you have for your lower face, submental and neck areas.

Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini neck lift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Facetite You should do well with facetite. That would help to decrease the fat under the chin and jowls and the radiofrequency will stimulate new collagen growth to tighten the skin. It is minimally invasive, and you will probably have swelling for a few days.

Answer: Considering Morpheus8 Liposuction of the submental (under chin) combined with facetite is a good option for reducing fat and skin laxity in that area, as previously discussed in this thread. Morpheus8 microneedling is another radiofrequency treatment with high success in reducing facial lines and skin laxity on the face in particular, and can be repeated to compound or complement results from submental liposuction and facetite. I recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated and to discuss both of these options.
