Eyes Bags After Teeth Extraction

Question

Hi, Since i got 3 wisdom teeth extracted (2 on the left and 1 on the right side) i have a nice under eye bag. that is like my skin was stuck on my cheek bones. Now i have a kind of bags/bone circle just under my left eye. It appeared 1 month after this teeth extraction. How it is possible?

This is an unusual presentation if it is truly a new finding after the procedure.  You have not submitted photos so it is hard to give you an accurate assessment. Teeth extraction can be associated with bone loss. It is possible that you are getting some bone after the teeth removal.  This could cause a relative volume loss compared to your under eye fat that could present itself as a bag. I have seen many people because of this phenomenon.  Alternatively, it could be because you might not have noticed these eye bags before. This is perhaps the most difficult thing to realize and / or accept. Also, inflammation from the surgery could be preventing drainage of fluid from the lower eyelid area. I would not do anything for 6 mo to a year before considering treatment.
