Fat grafting is a very common procedure to perform with lower bleparhoplasty. Fat resorption and lumps are not common- especially if this is a procedure the surgeon performs frequently.

Lower blepharoplasty surgery is a way to permanently remove the prominent eye bags. I perform this procedure under IV sedation with an anesthesiologist and patients are generally recovered and back to activities in less than one week.
