When I pull the skin between my eyes (as it might become when I extend the nasal bridge) it seems that the epicanthic fold is gone. Does extending the nasal bridge make you lose the epicanthic fold?
Answer: Does Rhinoplasty Change Epicanthal Folds (webbing)?
By augmenting/building the bridge of the nose higher (i.e. through rhinoplasty), this typically would not change epicanthal folds/webs. Perhaps a small change may occur, but this would probably only be noticeable by you and nobody else. In order to change the folds/webs, a small procedure called a Z-plasty or W-plasty is needed. ---

Answer: Epicanthal folds
Lengthening the bridge does not affect the epicanthal folds but augmenting the radix at the top of the nose does. When your pull the skin at the top of the nose outward you will efface these folds and you are simulating the effect of a radix implant. This is a different type of implant than the implants usually used to augment the bridge.

You need to consult with i.e. personally see a board certified plastic surgeon in order to receive a formal evaluation and develop a doctor patient relationship in order to know if this assessment is valid.

Answer: Does Extending the Nasal Bridge Make You Lose the Epicanthic Fold? Augmenting the nasal bridge would not typically eliminate an epicanthal fold. The only reliable way to do so is to perform a small soft tissue rearrangement to get the fold to lay flat. I hope this information is helpful.Stephen Weber MD, FACS Lone Tree Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: #Rhinoplasty should not affect your upper #eyelids
The simple act of raising your bridge does not distort your skin the way you would by simply pulling on the skin so raising your nasal bridge should not change the upper eyelids or the asian epicanthal folds.
