3 years ago I had ptosis surgery on my right eyelid. I am happy with the lid level though it's not perfect. However, I now have excess skin on my upper eyelid, and a few hours after I get up it forms a hollow and a triple eyelid (the pictures are right after I get up vs. a few hours later). Would it be realistic to expect, if I had another blepharoplasty (just to remove excess skin), for my eye to always look like the photo on the right? And if so, how much would the procedure typically cost?

Just get the fat removed. I have done thousands of lower lid blepharoplasties. I have NEVER had a patient complain that too much fat was removed or asked to have fat replaced. Fat repositioning is a silly operation and has inconsistent results. Have the fat removed that keep this simple.
