Sadly, all on 4 is a better marketing idea then it is a good treatment option. Issues include maintenance and cleansability, long term success issues, what if an implant fails?....lack of support in the realm of university studies and expensive for what you actually get. You are better off getting 2-3 implants with a couple well fitting dentures and spend an eighth of the cost and enjoy! That's my experience with it! Best of luck.
