Skin scarring from chemical peel? (photos)

Question

In 4 weeks after chemical peel my skin looks all as if covered in tiny wrinkles. The lines all go in one direction, especially if I pull the skin or smile. Could this be scarring? Is it permanent? Any solutions?

This is definitely not scarring because the texture of your skin is not thickened. This looks like severe dryness/dehydration after your peel. You need to aggressively moisturize and it should resolve. Note: do not over do it with oils/grease. Look for Hyaluronic Acid ingredient and oil free products. Be patient.
