Looking for a Doctor for Breast Fat Transfer in Europe - Who's best? Please recommend!

I have been researching breast fat transfer & would love to have this procedure done. I have looked at a few docs in the States but wondered if there were any specialists in Europe? I read somewhere that this procedure was originally pioneered in Europe, so why is it so difficult to find a specialist? I thought Germany particularly would have many. I hope I'm a good candidate as I'm slim; 5ft 2' and 122lbs (size 8) with 34A breasts. Lipo ideally fr inner thighs.

Provided that you allow adequate time between  fat grafting sessions to evaluate the results, you can undergo multiple fat grafting procedures.  Multiple sessions of fat grafting are often needed to get the best rest.
