Is it possible to fix my BBL hip irregularities? Thighs are uneven. Is it swelling or scar tissue? (Photo)

I had a BBL 18 weeks ago. One year before I had a tradisjonal lipo at inner and outher thighs. My BBL result are a lot of irregularities on both hips. My Dr tells me to relax, ha can smooth out small irregularities. Is this possible to fix, and how? The fat was taken from thighs, and the Dr. said he had a hard time getting it out. Thighs are very uneven and bigger than before. Is this swelling or scar tissue? Will it improve or is this the final result? Wath can be done? Thank you. See my pictures.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Dents, bulges and irregularities after liposuction can be repaired and made better. This may require liposuction, fat transfer and in some cases lifts. These are tough and need expertise
