You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.

The fat does not spread. The buttocks are usually very swollen post-op and can take several weeks to months to settle down.

It will take at least 6 weeks to heal from your BBL, but you should notice a marked improvement within 2 weeks.  Follow up with your surgeon so that he can monitor your healing.  Best wishes!
