Because I have slightly protruded teeth, weak lips and a smallish chin, I experience MS when I bring my lips together. My dermatologist suggested just a couple of units of botox for the chin, but I am really worried about the possibility of it affecting adjacent muscles, causing my mouth to droop. My question is: what can go wrong in botox injection into the chin, and why? Is it entirely technique-related, or can it migrate on its own, does it move if you sleep, talk, etc. a certain way? Thanks!
