My doctor recommends the gummy bear implant over the muscle. I am a 39 yr old, 34B. I don't understand why he would recommend above the muscle considering it is a firmer implant. Wouldn't that be easier to feel the implant? Don't the round, smooth gel implants have better results than textured implants? Which is best for a more natural look, feel but with the best outcome in terms of fewer complications? Also, based on the pre, would 350 or 375 cc be more advisable?

Implants alone will not correct your wide separated
breasts.You will need a simultaneous
lift.I recommend a new technique called
Breast Augmentation with The Horndeski Method™.Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast
tissue creating upper pole fullness,...
Thank you for your question. In the right candidate, saline implants do feel very natural. After the initial healing period of time, you will not hear any noise from the implants. You would need to be examined or at least look at pictures to give you recommendations regarding a lift.
The cause of excessive implant movement is due to muscle contraction when the implant is under the muscleCorrection involves conversion to a sub-fascial position
