Thank you for your question.The response of Breast tissue to pregnancy and lactation is not predictable. The Implants however do not change with pregnancy. There is no evidence that breast feeding with implants will harm the baby. Avoiding Breast feeding may not help with the longevity of the results. All The Best !

The breast implant will not be effected by the pregnancy but the tissue over the implant might suffer, including ptosis, stretch marks, nipple hypertrophy.
