Ptosis repair and blepharoplasty left me with saggy eyelids. What can I do and why did it happen?

I had ptosis repair (from inside) and dr removed some skin ( although I had no Skin so one side and a bit on the other) . He also added some sub brow fat. Now I have saggy eyelids which was not my issue. He said he removed very little skin. What can I do and why did it happen?

Based on the photos, you do have eyebrow ptosis which would benefit from a brow lift from an aesthetic point. Your photos are not ideal for evaluating eyelid ptosis, however, as you are looking down. You need to look directly into the camera lens if you are doing a selfie, not at the screen.
