What are the treatments for melasma while on Accutane? (Photos)

I developed dark spots on both sides of my cheeks while on accutane. What treatments can be done to remove them? I’m not outside often for over sun exposure and when I am, I am sure to put on a light moisturizer with sunscreen. Are there any options for me?

A combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend lasers, microneedling/PRP, Cosmelan, peels and skin care. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
