Terrible skin texture - will roaccutane help extremely clogged pores? (Photo)

I have terrible blackheads everywhere which look like extremely large, dirty pores. I have put up with these for so long and I can’t remember a time when they were this bad. I can squeeze my cheeks/forehead constantly and sebum comes out, however the pores always end up becoming clogged again. I have just started roaccutane and I take two 20mg tablets a day. Will roaccutane have a direct effect on my blackheads at all?

Thank you for your question.Any possible side effects or new symptoms after starting a medication should be brought to the attention of the prescribing physician. Hello and thank you for your question. There is a minimum cumulative dose of Accutane, that is dependent on your weight, that needs to be achieved to "complete" a full course. The daily dose would depend on your weight, blood work results, and side effects experiencing. I would recommend...
