I’ve previously had blepharoplasty done to create tapered double eyelids. I think my eyes are big enough in the sense that they are round but I want them to be more almond-shaped, so I was wondering if epi/lateral canthoplasty would make a difference. Alternatively, would it be better to do revisional double eyelid surgery to create parallel/more prominent double eyelids? What about a combination of both?
