How should I go about enhancing my face as an MMA fighter? Can I take hits to the face with facial transfer?

I want to enhance my cheeks and chin but since I'm a Fighter i'd need a procedure that's durable. I've been told implants can be dislodged even if screwed on, fillers can be shifted and that only leaves fat transfer. Is fat transfer a durable enough procedure for a fighter to have? I've been told that it will not have the connective tissue structure around it like native fat does but i dont know if that makes a difference. Is grafted fat as durable as native fat?
