Your lower abdomen still may be swollen sending on how far out you are from Tummy tuck. That said, this is most likely a step off deformity that would need liposuction to improve. Additionally, your muscles should have been tightened at the time of tummy tuck and is you had a “drain less” tummy tuck this could be residual seroma formation. You may want to have your surgeon perform an Ultra Sound to rule out seroma and then consider liposuction with heat such as Renuvion to improve your contour deformity.
