How to treat red/brown spots where electrolysis was performed on chin and around lip? (Photo)

- Been on regular 4-weekly alexandrite laser on chin to get rid of dark hair - Blonde hair remaining so I did one electrolysis session. This was 5 weeks ago. - Laser done 9 days after electrolysis - Now I still have red and brownish spots where electrolysis was done (angiogenesis?) - In one location, I have a blister-like white spot that remained for the full period with no sign of going away - is this a permanent scar? - Should I continue with my next laser? - Should see dermatologist?
