How to get symmetrical eyes? (Photo)

I feel like there is a lot going on with my eyes. They’re very hooded and I have a low prominent brown bone which doesn’t help. My eyes don’t open to the same level and look very different when I look down, you can see more eye exposure on one of my eyes.
