I had sensorineural hearing loss 20 years ago. I’m thinking of having hair transplant. Will lidocaine make my hearting worse?

I had sensorineural hearing loss 20 years ago . I’m thinking of having hair transplant. I would like to know if lidocaine is used for local anaesthetic whether it will make my hearing loss worst . Thanks
