Would sculptra help fill out these wrinkles? I have tried exercise but no help. It’s the result of rapid weight loss. Any suggestions for other treatments welcome please

Sculptra can be an excellent option for improving the appearance of buttock wrinkles caused by weight loss. It works by stimulating collagen production, gradually restoring volume and smoothing out crepey or loose skin. From the photo, it looks like you could benefit from this type of regenerative treatment.
Other treatments like radiofrequency microneedling (such as Morpheus8), or laser-based skin tightening PRP may also help &mdash; and in some cases, a combination approach works best.
That said, it’s important to have realistic expectations. While these treatments can significantly improve skin quality and texture, they won’t fully restore the skin to how it was before weight loss.
