I am a provider that prefers a more permanent solution than Sculptra (Bellafil), but I also use Sculptra too. Regardless of the product used, you should know the hard truth about using fillers to contour the buttocks. Simply put, it takes far far more product to affect the smallest changes than you realize or that any provider I know performs. It typically takes hundreds of cc's of fat to make changes to the buttocks, and that volume of material would be no different for fillers. So, the TRUE answer to your question would be HUNDREDS of vials of filler. Don't believe me? Then go get 20 vials per cheek (40 vials total and tens of thousands of dollars). Be sure you get good before photos from multiple angles, and then again after photos at least 2 months later. You will quickly realize that I speak the truth. You appear to have already had liposuction and fat grafting, and if you want to enhance this you should do it again; it's always the best (and cheapest!) way to go.
I think you should start anywhere between 40-60 vials of Sculptra. Max to be injected is 20 vials in one session. You can do 10 as an absolute minimum and space out the number of sessions each month.Once you hit 40 or 60 vials, then you wait, give 3-6 months and decide on your result. You can add more later as well. Sculptra is a biostimulator and it takes time for full effect to show but ti does give skin nice firmness, nice glow and recedes any potential cellulite appearance.
Based on the one posted photo, I would recommend 40 vials of sculptra to obtain the best results 20 per side. Expect fee to range from $8000-$15,000. Best of virtual consult with.
You most definitely can fill out the hip tips with the use of sculptra. The only thing is, I would not recommend it in your case only because it will feminize your butt. On the other hand this is something that you wish for you can definitely go for it and the best of luck. I hope this helps and...
You should have seeked out the services of a provider who uses high resolution ultrasound (HRUS) for guidance during the fat transfer phase of the surgery. Nothing is better than liposuction and fat transfer, and no amount of filler can get the job done like liposuction. How much Sculptra do you...
Hi! It is not uncommon for several sessions of Sculptra with multiple vials to be required to achieve the desired effect on the buttocks. Properly set expectations from the onset of treatment should be established to ensure the goals of treatment are achievable. 3 sessions of 8-10 vials is...
Unscripted television and social media has conspired to dupe people into thinking that they can get the results of liposuction of the torso and fat grafting of the buttocks, aka brazilian butt lift. You will need hundreds more vials to get significant augmentation, but what you'll never get is...
Sculptra is meant to initiate long-term collagen production and skin tightening. Once it hits the skin, it tells the body to produce collagen, which is why it's a great foundation for fillers like Voluma. Once injected, it takes about 1 to 2 years for that specific area to subside. I suggest g...
It is most uncommon to have uneven surface to the buttocks after a sculptra BBL procedure. I can’t even imagine it, and I would like to ask you to submit photographs as what it is that you’re referring to. If you’re referring to the asymmetry, which is present prior to the procedure, that too c...
