I got Sculptra injected into my buttocks in March of this year… About 8 vials each side… I went back a few months later and I don’t have any difference at all in my pictures… Is there a reason this might happen? I’m 42, 5’6 and 130lbs.
Answer: Sculptra Buttlift Hi! It is not uncommon for several sessions of Sculptra with multiple vials to be required to achieve the desired effect on the buttocks. Properly set expectations from the onset of treatment should be established to ensure the goals of treatment are achievable. 3 sessions of 8-10 vials is sometimes required to notice an increase in volume in targeted areas!

Answer: Sculptra BBL Sculptra BBL has become very popular especially for those who are not a good candidate for traditional BBL or who prefer a less invasive option, BUT it is extremely important during the consultation to understand expected results. As a reference, for minor hip dips, most board eligible or certified plastic surgeons will start with 5 vials per side with 3 treatments to help correct them. With one treatment of 8 vials per side, I would have counseled you to not expect a very dramatic difference in regards to a BBL or even for hip dips except for maybe some improvement in skin quality and possibly a "glow". Seeking out board certified/eligible plastic surgeons and providers that have a deep understanding of the services they provide will often help improve your understanding of procedure you are interested in and also what you can expect for results.
