I’m currently just beginning my 4th week post op the above mentioned procedures. I opted not to get a fat transfer BBL with my surgery out of fear for the associated risks. Pre-op I was still having issues growing my butt, and now it’s flatter than ever after the belt lipectomy. I’d love to give it a little boost.

You should have seeked out the services of a provider who uses high resolution ultrasound (HRUS) for guidance during the fat transfer phase of the surgery. Nothing is better than liposuction and fat transfer, and no amount of filler can get the job done like liposuction. How much Sculptra do you think you'll need to see your buttock change in size or shape? 20 vials? 40 vials? Think more like hundreds of vials. If you haven't already had the liposuction and thrown away the fat, get the lipo and fat transfer with a surgeon that does it with a 0% chance of fat embolus. If it's too late, at least use Bellafill for permanency (it'll still cost well over $100,000).
