Spent 20k on a Sculptra butt lift, first round was 5 months ago and I barely see a difference. What can I do?

Should I give it more time to see results? I had 4 sessions total. Total 36 vials. April 21,2023- 7 vials. June 6, 2023- 12 vials. July 18,2023-12 vials. September 18,2023- 5 vials. I am too skinny for a bbl and don’t know what to do or if I’ve just wasted my money. Has the growth for my butt peaked?

Unscripted television and social media has conspired to dupe people into thinking that they can get the results of liposuction of the torso and fat grafting of the buttocks, aka brazilian butt lift. You will need hundreds more vials to get significant augmentation, but what you'll never get is the results of liposuction, which provide most of the contour changes seen from waist to buttocks.

I have been performing Sculptra, BBL since 1997 with absolutely exceptional results. In order to determine if you have benefited from your treatments, you need to compare the before and after photographs. Sculptra takes 3 to 4 months to fully build volume and therefore the process of enhancement is a very slow one, and frequently not noticed by the individual who had the procedure. That is the reason for the comparison between before and after photographs. Ultimately, the choice is yours if you wish to have more of a positive outcome. No posted photos? 36 vials of Sculptra at $20K is a very fair fee since the Sculptra company charges at least $400/vial to the injector! I might have recommended a combination of Radeisse/Sculptra injections.
But no photos so try virtual consults for advise..
