Hello; since Liposuction and Tummy Tuck are performed simultaneously in a Lipoabdominoplasty type surgery; this sort of skin loosening is not observed. If tummy tuck is realized for the first and then Liposuction; there will be loosening of the skin. If that increases too much; the scar revision may become also necessary.

A standing photo would be much more helpful. However, after liposuction, you may now have some loose skin. The lower tuck can be redone to remove this excess skin, or you can consider minimally invasive skin tightening like BodyTite or Renuvion.

It is not uncommon to have some excess skin when seated even after a tummy tuck. An evaluation would be needed to determine if you would be a candidate for further skin excision to improve your results.
