Hello, I had a operation when I was baby on my head around 30 years ago I have metal plates and screws in my head and forehead.. will it be safe to get Botox injections in my forehead with plates and screws? Thank you

The asymmetry that you mentioned is very subtle. I know you stated you don't want Botox but that would be the best place to begin as it is temporary. If you don't like the results they will wear off. If you elect something permanent and don't like the results you can't go backwards.
