How can I fix my lower face? (Photo)

In 2022 I got 3 rounds of Aqualyx, and 2 rounds of adifferent "Lipolytics". From Aug-Nov in the chin and cheeks. However I would only see a 5% improvement. In nov 2023 I got Lemon bottle fat injections on the cheek and chin and similarly only saw a minor improvement. Do I just need to have more sessions. It seems like after a few months the improvements fade away quickly. Does it also look like I need jaw slimming botox/? I was hoping to get rid of excess fat before botox/fillers etc?
