Would cheek fillers and rhinoplasty help my side profile? (Photos)

Question

Extremely insecure about my appearance/side profile - large nose, prominent eyes and flat cheeks. How can I improve this? Background info - I have had orthodontic treatment as well as chin and jawline filler to improve my weak recessed chin. Currently considering a rhinoplasty to improve nose size and shape as well as dermal fillers in cheek area it increase volume. Any advice / opinions much appreciated.

Hello, and thank you for providing images along with your question. Based on these images, you appear to have a minor dorsal hump. Dermal fillers can disguise it and refine the slope of your nasal bridge, but won't make your nose look any smaller. To achieve your goals, you would likely be better off with a surgical rhinoplasty, possibly with some filler in the midface to add fullness and definition to the cheeks. To explore your options, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Your surgeon will do a proper evaluation, recommend the best procedure or combination of procedures, use digital photography to show projected results, and ensure the best possible outcome.

Thank you for your question. I think rhinoplasty would absolutely help achieve what you are looking for. This can be done using the closed / scarless approach. Adding volume to the cheeks will improve what you have described as "flat cheeks" - you could use hyaluronic acid filler or fat transfer. I wish you all the best.

I think you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Actually, It may not correct to analysis the problems only with the side photos. But your complains about your nose will solve with rhinoplasty surgery. On the other hand, If there is insufficiency in the cheeks area, also it will be solve with a little fat injection. Also it is important that the injection should be done very little for natural look. I ‘m preferring fat injection because it is more permanent than fillers. . Your nose could be made smaller even though it isn't bad. Fillers? Why? Just wasting money. You don't need fillers. I can't see the purpose
