Would cheek fillers and rhinoplasty help my side profile? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. I think rhinoplasty would absolutely help achieve what you are looking for. This can be done using the closed / scarless approach. Adding volume to the cheeks will improve what you have described as "flat cheeks" - you could use hyaluronic acid filler or fat transfer. I wish you all the best.

I think you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Actually, It may not correct to analysis the problems only with the side photos. But your complains about your nose will solve with rhinoplasty surgery. On the other hand, If there is insufficiency in the cheeks area, also it will be solve with a little fat injection. Also it is important that the injection should be done very little for natural look. I ‘m preferring fat injection because it is more permanent than fillers. . Your nose could be made smaller even though it isn't bad. Fillers? Why? Just wasting money. You don't need fillers. I can't see the purpose

Are you a candidate for a Rhinoplasty. In the photos which you provide it appears that you have a small dorsal hump and slight over projection of the nose. You did not provide any three-quarter or frontal views, so it is difficult to assess the cheeks. The slight over projection and small dorsal hump are easily treated with a routine rhinoplasty. Your nose is not that bad however and if you do not go that route , there is no reason you should feel self-conscious at all.

From your photos, I note that you demonstrate a high nasal bridge with a moderate hump, which are amenable to rhinoplasty.
The use of fillers is a relatively non-invasive way to temporarily fill out the cheeks. It is usually repeated at 6 month intervals as the hyaluronic acid resorbs slowly over time. Permanent cheek implants are also available.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
