Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, rasping the bone on the bridge of your nose and lifting your nose a little higher will help to achieve a more harmonious image with your face, for this I recommend you a rhinoplasty operation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Based on your photos, you appear to have a somewhat wide and possibly crooked nasal appearance. This is associated with an over projected profile appearance. That means the lower 2/3 of your nose appears to stick out a bit too far. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist who offer computer imaging so you could see what to expect after surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
The width of your nose is good. However, the length is too great. Your angle can be improved on. Your dorsum is curved so you will need this straighten and shorten.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bridge needs to be lowered ,the tip raised and the nose narrowed . Pretty straightforward rhinoplasty techniques. The most important thing is selecting the right surgeon
Hi, during a consultation surgeon and candidate discuss the required changes and the potential outcome. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
What could be done for your nose? based on the pictures you show, it appears that you have a long, over projecting nose with a dorsal hump and slightly plunging tip. It also appears in the front view that the nose is slightly crooked. Reduction of the dorsal hump, slight shortening of the nose, along with deprojection and elevation or rotation of the nasal tip are routine elements of a standard rhinoplasty. if the septum is crooked a septoplasty could be performed at the same time. This procedure would be called a Septorhinoplasty
To decide on a comprehensive plan for Rhinoplasty, you really need to have an in-office examination. Having said that, and after reviewing your photos, I would make the following siggestions:Shorten the nose (too long)Lower the dorsum ( profile)Rotate the nasal tip ( droopy)Narrow the nasal bones via fracturing, especially, since the dorsum will be loweredPossible recess the length of the tip ( seems to protrude too much)Again, the above suggestions may be altered after an in-office examination. You should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with Lots of experience performing Rhinoplasty. Good luck!
