In Korea I got surgery last year wanting a high crease. I was pleased with the results initially. But now that the swelling has subsided, the crease lowered. My eyelids look hooded. I consulted with more clinics in Korea and some recommended a brow lift. Others said they could lift the crease height a bit, but not much because the crease would be too close to the eyebrows. Aesthetically I don't mind if there is short distance with the eyebrows. I rather not get a brow lift.
