Epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery - will I need a revision?

Hello. I recently had Epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery (three point method) done in seoul south korea. I feel that the doctor took too much skin off my Epicanthoplasty which is making my eyes look too close together. I had this procedure done three weeks ago. I have no visible swelling at the moment. My question is does the surround area of the skin after Epicanthoplasty continue to tighten throughout the following months or will i need a revision?

Some surgeons like doing a lot of drawing on the face prior to surgery. I don’t do it on the face but I do it on body surgery. Whatever the surgeons is comfortable with. No right or wrong answer
