24, what procedure will fix my heavy cheek area? (Photo)

Im 24 and have hated the sad look of my eyes and heavy cheek area and am torn between a few procedures. as im only 24 I think a face lift is a bit too intense, and would like something less infasive so ive debated buccal fat removal along with some sort of brow lift (but to lift eye area not the brows) or if a cheek lift will fix both my problems
