Extra folds after Ptosis Surgery - what should I do?

I had congenital ptosis surgery 8 months ago on my right eye. It has raised the eye lid although not perfect. I now have extra folds in the eye lid. I saw the surgeon today who said he could perform a Blepharoplasty, however he said it would be a complicated one. He said the risk would be cutting the levator muscle which has been attached to the eyeid, thus lowering the lid. He said this would be unlikely though. I attach one photo of before, and many of post op. What should I do?
