Right eye looks and feels different - is this ptosis? (photos)

Hi i am in my mid 20s and have noticed my right eye starting to look and even feel a bit different. Sometimes my eye will look like pic1 and other times like pic2. I also get a slight bit of pressure on the upper lid especially when i am tired. this is quite annoying. what do you think this is? and can it be fixed? Thanks !!

Hello,
Ptosis is weakness of the muscles inside the eyelid which results in the eyelid margin itself drooping closer to the pupil. In looking at the pics, this appears to be more consistent with asymmetric dermatochalasis, which is redundant eyelid skin. A surgical upper eyelid blepharoplasty will likely be your best bet to address this.
