Michael Neimkin, MD

Dr. Neimkin is an enthusiastic doctor to have in your corner. He is an artist and will not recommend you do something he doesn’t think is worth it. I had nothing but positive interactions with the whole team, and had a dedicated PA on call if my recovery had any bumps (it didn’t).
I had a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat reposition and co2 laser around the eye area to tighten. Once the surgical issues began fading I had quite a bit of puffiness from the laser, but it already looked no worse than I did before.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Neimkin. After reading all the great reviews about him with my daughter Mary, I scheduled a consultation. Everyone that works in his office is so knowledgeable and friendly. After meeting with him I was very impressed. He spent a lot of time walking me through the entire procedure (blepharoplasty) and answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my surgery, I highly recommend him. He is an excellent surgeon and is so kind and knowledgeable.

I chose the best and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Neimkin puts the patient first and only performed the lower eyelid procedure which was right for me. Being in the medical aesthetics field myself, my bar is set extremely high and Dr. Neimkin and his staff exceeded that bar. Dr. Neimkin is top notch! His friendly approach, coinciding with his professionalism and medical expertise is welcoming. He exceeded my expectations, and I am beyond happy with my results! Stephen, the PA, was on point with my follow up care. The entire staff works so well together and it shows. This to me is a great indicator of a successful practice. Before my referral to Dr. Neimkin, I was not completely sure if I should have the eyelid lift. After surgery I was surprised and pleased at the speed of my recovery. My peripheral vision prior to surgery made driving difficult. Since surgery I am able to drive with high confidence especially at night.

I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Neimkin and his practice as a whole. It's hard to find a physician who isn't a part of a bigger medical system which is what makes his practice so special - they get to play by their set of (KIND) rules. Each member of the staff was truly delightful, and the procedure itself - which takes place right in his office - couldn't have been easier; not to mention stress free. If you are considering an upper blepharoplasty, I would highly recommend this practice.

Words cannot describe my gratitude to Dr. Neimkin and his staff. I had nightmares every day for eleven years after botched eye surgery. I was self-conscious in public all the time and would never leave the house without eye makeup. The thoughts about how ugly I was were all consuming. I went to many doctors over the years, only to be turned away by each of them. They all felt that any surgery would just make the appearance worse. Then I was referred to Dr. Neimkin. He was the first doctor who didn’t dismiss how I felt about my eyes and the only doctor who said he could help me. I was in disbelief that I had finally found someone who could help me and I was terrified! Dr. Neimkin and his staff were endlessly patient with my questions and cold feet (which dragged out for months) and I finally had surgery. I now look in the mirror without hating what I see and I haven’t had a nightmare since the day before surgery. Even with the post-op swelling, I was already so much happier and now that I’m healed completely, the results are amazing.

The results of my lower blepharoplasty far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had the procedure sooner. I look refreshed and natural while spending much less time on makeup. I feel as though it has brightened my entire face. Dr Neimkin and the staff prepared me for all aspects of the surgery and provided accurate and realistic information on the recovery.

Dr. Neimkin is the absolute best! He is very engaging and caring. You never feel hurried through the consultation. He is thorough in explaining the process and making you feel comfortable with what's to come. After my consultation with him, I knew with confidence that I had found the right doctor for me. Dr Neimkin his staff and nurses are an amazing team. Very happy with the results.

Upon entering the practice, I am always immediately acknowledged and greeted with a warm and cheerful welcome from the front office staff, and never have I had to wait later than my scheduled appointment time to be escorted to one of the patient exam rooms. Dr. Neimkin is one of the most personable physicians I’ve ever been under the care of; he makes a genuine effort to establish a relationship with each patient. Before treatment, he always reserves time upfront to ask about my general health and to discuss with me one-on-one the services for which I’ve scheduled. He always addresses any questions or concerns that I might have in a way that is understandable and free of medical jargon. Never have I felt rushed, unheard, inferior, disregarded, or pressured to succumb to any services/procedures or to purchase any products that might be recommended (in fact, he usually gives me free samples to try!). He actively listens to what I have to say before offering his professional recommendations for consideration, and he encourages me to participate actively in all decisions. Equally important, there are never any surprises when making payment, and I am ALWAYS pleased with the results!
