Hi, I had a staph infection in the middle of my forehead between my eyebrows that left a crater like scar. I had a scar revision surgery on 10 April. At the check up 6 months later there was a prominent ”dog ear” at the bottom of the scar. The doctor injected it with a steroid that helped a little. The surgeon suggested making the scar a little longer to remove the ”dog ear.” I would really like to avoid that as the scar is directly in the middle of my face and pretty visually obnoxious already. Are there any non-surgical options ?
