A number of years ago I had an operation for pectus carinatum, this greatly improved the look of my chest but I am lacking muscle in the middle of the chest. I'd like to improve this and so am wondering if pec implants would work in this situation given I'm more so trying to target the middle of the chest. I have been told I am unable to do a fat transfer as I don't have enough fat.
